At UKEC we have come to understand the importance of time and margin for start-ups to established SMEs in Africa. We have purposed to unsure that our clients who run these SMEs are able to receive a product that is right for them for the best price. We understand budget constrains but through our networks in the UK and Europe, we are able to deliver within most budgets. 2012 - 2014 we were able to deliver 76% of enquiries within an original budget. A further 20% were delivered at above budget but we assisted the majority by crawling costs back from shipping and other product areas and services that we deliver. We are determined to help our clients as this has built our business. We value our relationships more than profit margins.

We are therefore committed to ensuring that you are happy with your vehicle and that it is as we described and what you expected. We therefore offer a full refund if your vehicle is not in the condition that we stated and that you agreed to.
OTHER SERVICES...
We understand that sometimes things go wrong with your vehicle, be it accidental damage, wear-and-tear, or any other reason.
For the first year of owning a vehicle from us, we offer to source and supply parts for your vehicle at no profit to us. You will only pay the price of the part and the shipping.
Because we deal with many suppliers, you are guaranteed the best price for your part with us. Please check with us before getting your part from somewhere else.
Sourcing your machine
Once we are happy with the vehicle we have sourced for you, we will communicate with you the condition of the car in detail. You can request Photographs and Video. Once you are happy with the vehicle, we will go through the following steps:

Agree on final price (including or excluding shipping. It is cheaper for you to ship with us as we have on going relationships with shipping companies due to the volume of vehicles the we export).

We require payment of half of the agreed price to guarantee shipping. Once you have paid the half, you will receive a copy of the shipping note.

We require final payment of the other half before we ship the Vehicle/Machine. We will send the Bill of Laden (BOL) to you by DHL once vehicle/machine has dispatched. For returning customers, we are flexible with payment.

We may be able to offer assistance with clearing and administration at your receiving port. Please let us know if this is a service that you require.
Getting your machine to you
We are a company based in the United Kingdom, specialising in Sourcing and exports of Vehicles to Africa. Most of our business has been to East and Southern Africa, but have also had clients from West and Central Africa.
Our service is simple and straight forward:

You tell us what vehicle you are looking for. We will ask for as much detail as possible including mileage, age.

We will ask for your budget, or suggest to you the going rate for your vehicle.

We will source the vehicle. We have vehicles that we keep in stock but if we do not, we can work with our many partners to find the right vehicle for you.

We do a through inspection of the vehicle according to UK law and regulation for vehicles on the road. We will inspect and test the engine, body and all electronics using certified mechanics.
